Bolus

2 mg/kg in 10 minutes i.v.

Maintenance

2 à 3 x 150 mg/day. Maximal dose 600 mg/day.

Contra-indications

  • Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
  • Dysfunction of the sinoatrial node. Atrial conduction disorders.
  • 2nd or 3rd degree AV block.
  • Block of full branch.
  • Decreased left ventricular function.
  • Myocardial infarction or ischemic heart disease.
