Acute bacterial endocarditis
Active clinically significant bleeding
Ulcer acute gastrointestinal ulcer or gastrointestinal disease
Serious liver disease and severe hepatic impairment associated with a significantly increased risk of bleeding and mild to moderate hepatic impairment associated with coagulopathy
