Enoxaparin (Clexane)

Dosage

1.0mg/kg every 12 hours or 1.5mg/kg once a day.

Contra-indications absolues

  • Hypersensitivity to enoxaparin, heparin or heparin derivatives and low molecular weight heparins, benzyl alcohol
  • Acute bacterial endocarditis and induced thrombocytopenia
  • Bleeding Active and increased risk of uncontrolled bleeding. In case of increased risk of hemorrhage, preferably choose the standard intravenous heparin.
  • Thrombosis of the pelvic veins.
